I can't help the original poster (the guy with the jewelry pictures) because I don't know what the nature of his problem is, except to suggest that he "log in" before going to the .Mac homepage section. Or perhaps he is forgetting to highlight the page in question (even if it's the only page!) before attempting to use the Edit or Delete buttons.
Just wanted to say that I've been a satisfied .Mac user for a few years now, and apart from very brief service outages I've never had a technical problem that even required me going to the forums, never mind phone calls or email ...
Been very happy with what I've gotten in return over the years and consider .Mac a good investment. I admit that I'm looking for them to up the email storage a bit later this year in response to Yahoo/G-Mail but apart from that I'm satisfied. The fact that my email is ad-free almost makes at least half the cost worth it to me alone.
You know what they say ... 500,000 members can't be wrong! :)
