I am wanting to upgrade my Imac that now has OS 9.2. I had already settled on the 17" Imac, but now I'm hearing that Apple has discontinued that model and a new one is coming out in September. Does anybody know anything about the new one? Is there any advantage to waiting for it? Any idea on the cost? Thanks, Barbara in Florida
The only info that has been released so far is that it will have a G5 chip, and probably a different form factor. I suspect that the G5 runs too hot for the dome shape.
