Don't you think you are being just a TEENSY bit judgmental? Jumping the gun JUST A LITTLE??
It costs NOTHING to sign up, and at the most it would cost you A BUCK to find out if the iTMS files are up to your standards. What are you so afraid of, for pity's sake?
Sign up, pick a tune, download it, listen (don't go by the free :30 samples -- many have reported that they are further compressed so that dialup users can listen).
Even better, sign up and download the free songs they make available every week.
