At first, I thought this was rude and thoughtless, but I realise now that some email programs (mainly Entourage/Outlook Express) don't make it easy for you to realise that you're quoting all that extra stuff. It takes a bit of effort to see it all and delete it all.
If we're going to yell at Carmen for overquoting, then there's quite a few other people on this list who are due for an equal trip to the "woodshed."
