In these diminished days, the RFCs are not followed the way they used to be, but you're supposed to be able to send a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and have a human-type person look at your message. This is to resolve mailing snafus and addressing conundrums. Of course, many companies (e.g., AOL) have probably never even _read_ an RFC, much less comply with them, but I bet Apple isn't one of those.

So, it's always reasonable to try [EMAIL PROTECTED] or
[EMAIL PROTECTED] or whatever.  And if it bounces you'll
learn a little something about the recipient company....
