That's welcome news. Where is this antenna? do I need to plug it in to the car, or is it just simply plug the card into the iMac?

http://www.danamania.com/temp/imacantenna.jpg is a photo of the underside of my iMac 400 - The black cable with the big rubber end on it is the airport cable, and sits & rattles around in the bottom there (or has ever since I've had it!). The rubber end unplugs and exposes a mini socket on the end for plugging into the airport card.

If it helps any, it goes off somewhere into the insides of the mac to somewhere around the location of the firewire ports, to the lower left of that photo.
