Or, you can always purchase Entourage. It has the send later
option. I was using Entourage exclusively prior to the release of
10.4 but since have switched back to using the 'new improved' Apple
Email App. Also, since I have a broadband connection, I have never
used the 'send later' option. Why would one even need to?

A Send Later command, as found in other email apps such as Outlook
Express, which saves the message to the Outbox for sending at the
next scheduled or manual connection? Mail doesn't offer this, as
far as I can see. You have two choices: send now or save to the
Drafts folder.
