So far no good. I'm trying it one more time. If this fails I'll try
setting up my router. I'm not having much luck with it either though.

Try going into your extensions manager, shut the modem off, restart.
Go
back to the extensions manager and turn the modem back on. That's the
X in
the little square that turns it on and off. Restart your computer
again and
then try it. Sometimes that will work or if you just shut the modem
off in
control panels and restart it with it off and then turn it on again.
It
works on my 350 on occasions. I have thought I needed a new modem on
this
computer for over a year. ED
