I used Verizon DSL with my 400MHz iMac running OS 9.1 with no problems
at all. I did not use a router. Verizon does provide software for Mac
OS 9 users; it is called "MacPOET." As I recall, you download it from
Verizon, burn it to CD and install it from the CD.
