This CD is a bootable clone of a clean OS 9.2.2 install and I've used it down from 333MHz powerbook G3s up to the latest OS 9 bootable powerbooks. Maybe the issue is portable vs desktop OS. I wanted to make sure there were no other details I was forgetting, before being told that I must buy another copy of the OS, since I have so many installs discs laying around anyhow. Hence, I will try the borrow route. many thanks for the suggestions, gianfranco -- 10 GB Mailbox, 100 FreeSMS/Monat http://www.gmx.net/de/go/topmail +++ GMX - die erste Adresse für Mail, Message, More +++ -- The iMac List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
