You can install OS 9.1 or any version of it directly before or after installing OS X. After installing 9.1, use software update to get 9.22 etc..Just make sure you use the "Clean Install" option. As for the wireless, if you don't have a wireless "Airport Card" installed, get one on ebay for about $30. Go to iFixit.com and they have step by step how to install it-it's very easy.If you don't know if you have one, go to the Apple logo, select system profiler, it will tell you if you have one pre-installed.
