May I second this - GetDropBox has been almost revolutionary for me - in
particular it helps me keep a central "nucleus" of school and work documents
available at
1. My work PC
2. My personal laptop mac
3. My home mac

I work on a document on any of these - can work right out of my Drop Box
folder- and it's automatically synched to web as I save. Any of the other
computers get automatically updated if they're connected to the internet. If
not connected, they synch as soon as they *are* connected (without any
effort on my part) - so the document ends off (in my case) having three
up-to-date copies on three machines PLUS a copy on the web which I can
access from:

4. Any computer with internet access

It's a dream to install and use. It just... works....

(The best thing for me has been for schoolwork - I can work on downloaded
assignments from whichever computer I have access to at the moment without
having to worry about having the most recent version of my work- 'cause I do
as long as both the computer I worked last on and the computer I now want to
work on have had internet access since the last time I worked on the
project.).

BTW- I'm not usually someone who raves about any software - the simplicity
and effectiveness of this one is what won me over.

I haven't used up my free 2 Gig yet - will definitely subscribe when I get
there.

Best,
Alec
