sorry... These services just turn me OFF.

Yea, so they store the data in an encrypted form.  But then to 
provide you with web-based access they have to have the decrypt key 
ON THEIR SERVERS WITH YOUR DATA!  hummmmm.  And it just goes 
down-hill from there.

If OFF-SITE backup is that important to you, then exchange DVDs or 
HDs with a trustworthy friend.  Don't go tossing dimes at a stranger.
