Hi, sorry to jump in late, and forgive me if this isn't your problem... When I tried to install OS9 after installing OSX on my Bondi iMac, it said that they System folder needed to be updated, and I thought that meant it would overwrite my OSX installation. What I did (Not sure if this made a difference...) was to put the OSX System folder into a separate folder (while booted on the OS9 cd) named I think, OSX or something along those lines. I then proceeded to install, and it gave me the same message. I went ahead, since I didn't really mind if it overwrote my OSX system, but it installed happily, and I put the System folder from OSX back onto the hard drive, and it's still there. I have no idea if moving the OSX system folder made a difference... Anyways, I was installing OS 9.1 after 10.2, and I didn't set it up as Classic, but (after upgrading it to 9.2.2) it'll work as a Classic system folder. Hope that helps!
