I have an old iMac G3 that i'm working on, and I want internet. I have a NetGear WG111T (Atheros AR5523A chipset) and I was wondering if anyone has gotten it to work. I've seen a tutorial on how to edit a .kext file to allow me to add in my device ID in teh built in Atheros drivers, but I can't even locate the .kext on my system. I am running 10.2.8 and it doesn't anywhere have the IO80211family.kext where it should be. is there any reason for that? I also seem to be missing alot of functions, since this system was restored with a generic 10.2.8 disk, and not an iMac one (it has all the GFX card .kext files, and BlueTooth .kext files etc) Any ideas?
