Perhaps I'm missing something here. What's all the fuss about Dashboard? I don't use it. It's just there there in the dock, and it never "activates" or does anything (other than remain in an "open application" state) unless I select it. Is there some advantage to removing it, such as significant speed increase or more memory available?
