I believe it depends on the version of Mail, at one point it was a text file., but I suspect it's a sqlite database somewhere, now. Here's how to do it, though. 1) Back up your address book 2) Delete all the entries in your address book 3) Open the 'previous recipients' window, select all, and click 'Add to Address Book'. 4) Export them all from your address book, for importing into computer B 5) Delete everything from your address book 6) Restore form the backup made in step 1.
