I'll take a look at it, maybe take a picture to further elaborate. I'm also working on an iMac G5 project, replacing the screen, for the most part. With $30, I was able to get myself a replacement logic board, LCD, and inverter board off of gainsaver. No single combination has resulted in any success for the Mac to display anything, yet, as it's been this way since lines started shoeing on the screen, then, simply turning completely black. Strangely though, even a different logic board does this same thing, and when I switch it up with a different display, zilch.
