I've got two Flower Power iMac's and have replaced both sets of speakers.
It's an easy fix--the speakers can be had online. Here's a tested used set:

It's only a matter of a few screws to take off the bottom portion of the
unit, then gently work the speakers out of position and disconnect the
wires. It's a bit annoying working the speakers out and back in, but
patient persistence pays off. The old speakers aren't worth trying to save
once the rubber rots inside. I've tried without success. Good luck. I love
the Flower Power. Good find.
