I have a Samsung blu-ray writer - model SE-560. I’ve just checked on Amazon
and it seems to have been discontinued, but updated versions are available.

I recommend it - it reads and writes CDs, DVDs, and blu-rays (you’ll
probably need Toast to make blu-rays).
