Recently some of our users have started to report that they don't receive certain mails.
The mails bounce and the sender receives the message "unable to relay for [EMAIL PROTECTED]" and that is the entire message they get back.
There is a very good chance this is due to a broken MX record (one that lists servers as backups that really aren't backups, which is worse than having no backups). If you enter the E-mail address in the Mail Test at http://www.DNSreport.com , it will show you whether or not the backups work.
