I have run into this problem where ISP's shut down my email address. My
clients use it temorarily then eventually it is shut down by ISP's.

What evidence do you have of this? Bounced E-mails? What do your log files show?

I have had been portmapping port 26 to 25 to avoid spma shut downs on ISP's but I
am now after a year getting shut down.

You're mixing up two concepts: [1] Remote mailservers blocking your outgoing E-mail, thinking that it may be spam, and [2] ISPs preventing their customers from sending outgoing E-mail via your mailserver. The portmapping affects #2 but not #1.

I have checked ordb.org and I am not an open relay server. I also checked quite a few other open relay mail
server test sites and they also confirmed my mail server as not an open
relay server.

http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/ip4r.ch?ip=63.67.143.10 shows that your IP is very clean.

I have not got to the bottom of this and wondering if anyone
has experienced this similar problem.

Frustrated!

There's nothing to be frustrated about -- just check your log file to see what happens when you try to send outgoing E-mail. The answer is there. :)

By the way when the client asks the ISP to change his or her address
everything is O.k once more.

That should be irrelevant to #1, which seems to be the problem. Are you referring to their IP address or E-mail address? It is possible that some remote mailservers are scanning the client's IP address, as well as the IP address of your mailserver, which could potentially cause the problem.
