For me the problem persists, and no joy yet from Support, I have deleted all the records and re-started including the little note about click 'apply' button before going into configuration in the Admin section. I cant even get it to function now, all I get when I add a new user is a lock up and a Dr Watson iadmin.exe error. I am going backwards, I am not impresses, I was loving the product untill now ........... Any clues anybody? Steve
