** Technically yes. That setting in the Frontpg.ini on a web server that
supports Front Page would make that change Global to all hosts. You would
likely need your own dedicated server and leased line or at least a
dedicated box at your ISP to get that done for you. Hey, that is not beyond
the realm of possibility... probably your ISP would consider something like
letting you supply your own box for a few extra bucks a month to cover shelf
space and electricity??? Then you could get that level of customization.

** settings in the Frontpg.ini only dictate how front page acts. The
IMAILSRV.PL relies on PERL which is not related to the Front Page
extensions. It is another runtime like Java's "Virtual Machine".
