At home I have a similar setup, I have I-mail at work and I have exchange
server at home, but I have a cable modem instead of a dial up. I use a
program called PullMail to pull my mail from my I-mail server and drop it to
my exchange server. Pullmail is a free program from:

Subject: [IMail Forum] Dynamic IP dial-up customer
with Exchange Server

We have a customer ho wants manage its Email with Exchange
server...
They use a dial-up connection with another Provider with
dynamic
                IP-Adresses.

Is it posible to set up Imail to store all Emails for their
Domain an
forward it to the exchangeserver whenever it connects
(everytime with
                another IP....).

                best regards
                                    Titusz Pan
