I am running a T1 dedicated NT Server (SP5) with IPSwitch IMail v. 4.08.

I have a client that just purchased BackOffice 4.5 (with Exchange 5.5).  He wants to 
be able to handle his own mail VIA dial-up only.  So which DNS records does his 
VIRTUAL HOST zone require? (include all of them in reply).

Does he need a static IP, and an A record for it also?
(I am running MetaInfo DNS 4.0 if that helps)

How do I set up my side?  How does he set up his side?
(In Exchange, it auto-dials - so no scripts are needed).

For example, he has setup profiles for 5 employees on his side.  Does he need user 
profiles in his Virtual Host in IMail?  Or does it just sit in a spool somewhere when 
he is not online?
