On an IPless virtual domain the login.html from the main host is
always the one that will be displayed. That does present a little
problem when offering different looks for different domains.

What I have ended up doing here for the time being is giving
IPless domains basically the same interface as the main host
until I can come up with something different.

On one virtual I did do something like this and it worked okay.
I put them in the frame setup that I include in the templates,
however in the top frame I did not use a background image.
Instead I made it black with white text. After they were logged
in they would get the custom interface. When they logged out
they would get the login screen from the main domain. The
links back to their domain are in the top frame so they do not really
notice.

Takes a little creative tag work.

I would like to see a javascript like this also.
