i agree with Ricardo Freire!

we're not here to blame Imail or anything else. We are all paid Imail for
the product. so what we're doing now is just asking for improvement. Imail
is superb in some ways, but its not perfect.

no matter how good an application is,  it still needs to be improved over
time.
