Yes, but the real problem is you can not customize the templates in a
foreign language...

Those default templates are for you to learn from. Ipswitch doesn't expect
you to use them as they are. They are providing you with the code needed to
access your boxes via web browsers; you should be thanking them, instead of
complaining. If you are not good at building your own nice-looking
templates, keep it to yourself and not try to make it Ipswitch's problem by
complaining to us after they've made an attempt to help us.

As for not being able to properly view the templates on your machine; check
your current browser version. An old browser can give you errors like you've
described.
