This may sound silly, but have you checked the mailbox and made sure it is not full?  I had a user whose mail kept bouncing back to the sender, and also wasn't able to download her mail via POP3.

It turned out she had an 8meg file in her inbox, and was trying to receive it over a phone line - it looked like her client had stalled when it just took forever to download the message.  We have a high limit on file size due to the fact that almost everyone here has a DSL or Cable connection, or is directly on the network.

The easiest solution in this case was to have her go into the Web Messaging and delete the monster message (it was a video of her family at the beach!).

Subject: [IMail Forum] one users' email is down

Hello All,
One of my Imail user accounts will not recieve email anymore. It can send it fine. The problem happened suddenly. I've checked the account over and it appears to be set up correctly. How do I trouble-shoot this? I'm not sure where to begin. Thanks in advance
