Mike,
Have you installed IMail to a path that has a 'space' in it (like 'program
files)? That is a symptom of installing to 'program files'. Best to backup
(domain data in Regedit), uninstall IMail, then re-install to different
directory. The edit the saved registry files to remove the old path and modify
to the new path. Then import the modified registry files.
