The information is there in the logs--try a test user to help find a
particular message. This time delay is not particularly long for internet
mail delivery, in my experience. It's worse when the other mail server is
Exchange or Notes, when there's a firewall involved, too, or virus scanner.
How frequently is the client set up to check mail? Mine is every 15 minutes,
and it still dumps new messages in the inbox before I have had a chance to
deal with the last batch.... Gotta love this list!
