This seems to be caused by increasing the maxprocesses in the registry, the
number of SMTP's that are being used cause the problem.

see http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q225/1/02.ASP for the
reason.

If ipswitch are reading, can you confirm how smtp.exe is written?

I reduced back to 45 in the registry and it's ok now.
