IT DOES occur, I had it set to 64, and every 8 hour or so it died with
comctl32.dll initialization failure, since putting it to 45, not 1 failure.
This is on a quad Xeon 450 with 1Gb ram.
As the KB article suggests it's due to how the smtp32d launches subprocesses
and a 48Mb limit of resources that comctl32.dll uses.
i.e if 48 smtp's caused comctl32.dll to use just 1Mb each then boom, not
more can load.
They do give a hint on how to reduce memory foot print.
