Outlook has an LDAP client. If you are running the Corporate and Workgroup
mode than you have to add a service which can be found in the
valupack\corpldap directory of your office install cd. If you are running
in internet only mode there is native LDAP support.
If you are using SMTP mail exclusively at your company, I would reccomend
the internet only mode, it seems stable and works well. The only downside
to it is that you cannot configure multiple user profiles on a single
machine.

Thanks, Vaughn. I knew about Outlook Express's LDAP feature and it works
great for the folks who are using that e-mail client.
Unfortunately, I've also got lots of folks who are using Outlook because of
the added features it has. Unfortunately, I don't believe it has the LDAP
feature.
That's why I'm trying to upload address books on the file server. The folks
using Outlook can't grab addresses...
Thanks,
Helen Delany
