Run Regedit. Go to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Ipswitch/IMail/Domains.
Under the IP address (or $Virtual) key for this domain you will want to
change the value named "Official". Give it the hostname you are changing
to.
Now highlight the hostname key that you are changing. Right-click and
rename that key.
Stop and restart the SMTP server after the change.
That's it.
