If someone has already answered, my apologies. You can do this in
the registry easily. HKLM\Software\Ipswitch\Imail\Global\HostName key.
Under the domain key you also want to set the Aliases and Official
names for the IP in question.
I did this not long ago on a box and nothing changed. I put the old domain
as alias and mail continued to roll in for both of them while people got
things changed.
Of course restart the services when you are through in the registry.
