We are operating a free e-mail service. Does anyone have any good
programs or clever ways to delete or get a report of users who have not
picked up their e-mail in [n] months (i.e. doesn't use their account
anymore).
Also, we have free and pay users all using the same domain (we run an
ISP, too -- i.e. pay users). Has anyone come up with a good way to group
these users so I can pick out the pay user from the free users?
I would really like some sort of grouping feature or a administrative
comment field or something associated with e-mail accounts. I used to use
the 'Name' field to keep track of users when they wanted multiple e-mail
addresses. In Imail 5, users can edit this information so now I have no way
of knowing which secondary e-mail account belong to a user if they cancel
their service. It would be nice if there was a way to set up an account as a
subset of another account or some sort of grouping or something like that.
