Well gosh, as a first guess I'd say this sounds like the AOL problem in
another guise. 'Specially since AOL now owns Compuserve :-( When I get
off-campus, I'll try it with my CSI account and report back what I see.
Meantime, check the AOL stuff in the KB (I can't remember the details)
