Howard,      This sounds like you are opening them in FrontPage. I ran into this and after asking here that FP adds "crap" to the html code. SOOOO  I used a program called UltraEdit, made my changes and no more problem. Contact your administrator ..........". This happens for quite a few other templates though not all.   I recently upgraded to v5.08 (from 5.06) and downloaded the latest zip of templates hoping to correct the problem ..... no difference.     Please advise on how I can get around this.     Howard
