Not sure if there is an explanation. I think everyone has already said everything
that has fixed this issue with everyone else. I guess I would make sure you are
modifying a working copy using notepad only. Then try it out. If you are sure this
is what you have been doing I am not sure what else to tell you.
Well, what exactly are you changing that is so small? Maybe that will tell us the
problem.
