Hello,
You don't need I mail to have the CDONTS send out the email. It has it's
own SMTP engine.
The problem is that SMTP uses port 25 by default and Imail already has it.
If you want to use CDONTS you must install it in a different port such as
2500.
Your message should be in the follwoing folder. X:\Inetpub\Mailroot\Pickup
I suggest you to use w3Jmail. Is a free mail component more stable than
newmail and it uses
your existing SMTP server (Imail) to send out the messages therefore you
don't need another
service running. Download it from www.dimac.net

I hope that helped.
Let me ask you a question.
Is there a way to modify the look and feel of IMail web front.?
Let's say I want to place bgcolor tags in the list of new mail. That seems
to be inside the cgi, I think.
Thanks
Regards,
Domingo A. Pichardo.
