That worked for our AOL 4 users but it has had no effect on our AOL 5 users.

I have users that use AOL and these workaround has done the job.
 
If you are using AOL, please follow these steps:
Launch "Web Messaging" and go to into the web server tab and enable the option "ignore source address in security check".
