Which DNS software do you have?  Reverse for a mail server is same for 
reverse for any host.

All is explained in O'Reilly DNS & Bind, 3rd edition.  BIND 8.2.2 for NT is at

You can set up the reverse by yourself.  Your upstream must delegate the 
reverse domain to you.
