Is there a Firewall or proxy involved?

The service seems to be running, as I can hit it from internally. Someone suggested trying the machine name prefix of http://wwwserver.apratech.org:8383
This works internally as well, but does not appear to externally. Time for a call to Tech Support I guess.

I can't hit it either.... are you sure that the server is actually running (maybe a crash?) or that the imail services are running? If many more people state that they can't hit it... well... I would say it must be something server side.

I am having trouble connecting to my Web Manager externally. It works from the internal network, but does not seem to be accessible externally Try http://apratech.org:8383 Any thoughts? There is no firewall or proxy server here, but I do not know if that is something my ISP would have, causing it not to be routed?
