I
cannot hit it by name or IP address. There seems to be a routing issue here. The
DNS looks fine on it but I cannot do a reverse lookup to it.
I did
all lookups through 209.142.233.28 which shows as you primary
nameserver.
I
would try making an alias to this server maybe mail.arpratech.org in the host
manager and see what happens.
The
other thing could be that it may be time to reset your DNS server or at least
look at the logs for it. It may just tell you what is up
