I've heard OE sucks pretty good, a lot of the dumbed-down free crap from MS does and always has. So let's move OE into top of the suspects list.
Can any other smtp senders like Eudora or full Outlook delivering big msgs to Imail?
The log indicates no errors.
you might want to turn on debugging just before the OE client tries to send that big file, and then turn off debugging just after the session.
Want me to send you a biggie and see if Imail receives it ok? Give me a mail accnt on that domain and I'll send something over, not R-rated.

It looks like it received it normally. The user indicates that the message appeared to send all the way to the end before Outlook Express reported that it couldn't be sent.
