Dusty,

I have tested this with my own Outlook.I have changed
[EMAIL PROTECTED] to user%domain.com and I am still
receiving an error.  The error is now "Unknown error,
restart Outlook."  We are still using virtual hosts. 
We have always been using name%domain.com.  Netscape
still works.  Outlook is a problem as usual.
