Appears that the firewall doesn't understand ESMTP. The hint 
is the missing "NOTIFY=" lines. Thats how Delivery Status 
Notification (DSN or delivery receipts) is implemented in 
ESMTP. If those aren't getting through the firewall, then 
your customers/clients aren't getting their return receipts 
and will be complaining soon.
