We have had web messaging 4.07 crash after a TCP timeout (shows as TCP -1 on
port 8181 status monitor) several times over the past few days.  Every time
I check the logs, I find that it is the same user (using IE 3.0) logged in
just before the crash.  The user entry appears on the line above where the
problem seems to occur, with approximately a half hour gap between that
user's login and the actual crash.  (see below)

Also of concern is the "specified service does not exist" reference below.
IMail itself reconfigured the monitor to watch IWEBD instead of IP address
and port, so I don't understand why there is a problem.

Any ideas?
